I was diagnosed with GAD, OCD and ADHD about 2 months ago. I started out taking 25mg of Zoloft, then 50, 75 and now I am taking 100mg. I felt pretty good when I was taking 50 mg, but since I have been on 100mg (4 days now)I feel much more anxious and I frequently get that "lump in my throat" feeling of panic. Would the increased dosage cause me to be more anxious? Is it possible that it could diminish in time, just like some others side effects do? (like dry mouth) The doctor wants me to go to 150 mg in about 3 days and I don't know if I could do it. She is hoping that the higher dosage will make me less anxious and also help with the OCD rituals that I do.
